Shipping policy

Beefed Up Beauty products are prepared and packed with care in New Jersey.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available. Shipping transit times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Beefed Up Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Beefedupbeautyllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can help.

 

Because some Beefed Up Beauty products contain natural butters, oils, and tallow, their texture may temporarily change when exposed to extreme heat or cold during shipping. This does not necessarily mean the product is defective.
